This hotel is perfectly located, with everything you need right around the corner. You can easily go to the center of the city by ferry, and the hotel is just a short walk away from a beautiful and quiet beach. the nearby shopping street offers plenty of options to explore. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast has a wide selection of delicious food.
Some parts of the hotel might benefit from a refresh.

The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and had a great variety of options, making sure everyone could find something they enjoyed. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and some excellent restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help.
The room was quite small and didn't leave much space for moving around, especially for two people with luggage. , the Wi-Fi connection was very weak and made it difficult to continue my work while on holiday.

We found the Icarai Praia Hotel to be a great alternative to the expensive hotels in Rio during Carnaval. The location in Niteroi was pleasant and safe, with nice restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean, and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold food. Despite the minor issues we encountered, overall I'll recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and made me feel welcomed during my visit. The hotel is situated on a street very close to the beautiful Icarai beach, which made it easy for me to take advantage of the stunning views. Additionally, transportation was a breeze as the location is just a ferry ride away from the center of Rio de Janeiro. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and it was evident that the staff prioritized keeping the facilities immaculate. Lastly, the breakfast was exceptional, with a wide range of options to choose from.

Spent Easter weekend here and the beach was only a block away. the staff was pleasant and accommodating. Our room had a mini-fridge and an air conditioner which was nice.
The room was very small and outdated. the bathroom was no bigger than a closet.
